KIDS CHANNEL – What is the importance of routine and discipline when studying?

Routine and discipline are essential for effective study. Maintaining a disciplined routine helps create solid habits that facilitate the absorption and retention of content. Consistency in studying will lead to a consistent preparation. Without a well-defined routine, procrastination and lack of organization can hinder performance and results in exams. Those who aim for the top spots have to prepare for it.

KIDS CHANNEL – How should the study environment be?

The study environment should be designed to maximize concentration and minimize distractions. Finding a quiet, well-lit, and organized space is ideal. There should be a suitable desk and a comfortable chair to ensure correct posture, no studying in bed or lying on the couch. Also, when studying, forget about the cell phone and try not to get distracted by anything else. To facilitate, set alarms to divide study time and breaks.

KIDS CHANNEL – How many subjects should the student study per day?

It is recommended that students study 2 to 4 subjects per day. This balance helps maintain focus and avoids overload. Alternating between subjects allows students to stay engaged and motivated, in addition to providing a comprehensive and efficient approach to the content. The key is to ensure that each subject receives the necessary attention without compromising the quality of the study.

KIDS CHANNEL – How to prepare a study schedule?

A study schedule should be carefully planned:

  • Initial Assessment: Identify the subjects and topics that need more attention.
  • Planning: Divide the available time into study blocks and include rest periods to avoid fatigue.
  • Consistency: Establish a schedule that covers every day of the week, including weekends, to ensure continuity.
  • Adjustments: Regularly review the schedule to make adjustments as necessary and keep progress aligned with the goals.

KIDS CHANNEL – Is a well-done and dedicated study a differentiator to pass a test?

A well-done and dedicated study is undoubtedly a crucial differentiator. The disciplined and constant approach to study provides a solid and effective preparation. With dedication and a well-established routine, students can master the content and develop the confidence needed to face challenging tests, standing out in the selection process.

KIDS CHANNEL – How can parents and family help children during this exam period?

Parents and family play a fundamental role in supporting the student during the exam period:

  • Environment: Create a home environment that favors study and minimizes distractions.
  • Encouragement: Provide emotional support and continuous encouragement.
  • Routine: Assist in maintaining a study routine and adhering to the schedule.
  • Care: Ensure that the student has a balanced diet, adequate rest, and leisure time for a healthy balance.

KIDS CHANNEL – Leave a message for parents and one for students.

For parents: “Your role is very important for your child’s success. Support the creation of a conducive study environment and stay involved with empathy and encouragement. Remember that a supportive and understanding environment is essential for effective preparation and academic success.”

For students: “Focus on maintaining a disciplined and consistent routine. Each study session is a step towards your goal. Dedication and organization are your best allies. Believe in your potential and use every study moment to build your success.”
